Module 1 (HFM1) is a 14-hour course in hyperbaric facility maintenance for nurses, hyperbaric safety coordinators, chamber operators, and chamber maintenance technicians. HFM1 is a live-streaming course (over Zoom). HFM1 is 2 days long. Participants receive continuing education credit (Nursing Contact Hours and CHT/CHS credit).There is no certificate of completion for attending Module 1.
Module 2 (HFM2) is a 9-hour course for nurses, hyperbaric safety coordinators, chamber operators, and chamber maintenance technicians featuring hands-on experience. HFM2 is an in-person course conducted in Jacksonville, Florida. HFM2 is 1 day. Participants receive continuing education credit (Nursing Contact Hours and CHT/CHS credit) and a certificate of completion.
